FRIENDS OF HATFIELD CHURCH BUILDING TRUST
Unfortunately I couldn't make it to our last Coffee Morning on 12th Sept but Betty B tells me that "There was a happy crowd & a good atmosphere and the morning went steadily, raising £147.65. A BIG thank you to all who helped, donated raffle prizes, baked and supported us & we look forward to doing it all again in December!"
I hope you're all coming along to the
Beetle Drive on Wed 30th Sep at 7pm in the Barn, tickets are £3 and include light refreshments and are available from Janet on ( 849377 or you can pay on the night and then we have another old faithful -
Pub Quiz on Thurs 22nd Oct at the Bay Horse in Hatfield. Start at 9 pm, teams of up to 4, £1 entry per person with 4 bottles of wine for the winning team, a lucky table number prize and a raffle at half time.
The Church website is currently being revamped and is looking very smart, for the ‘computer literate' amongst us why not have a browse and see what you think? The Web address is -

For information: You can become a Friend for a minimum donation of £5.00 per year. These subscriptions are the backbone of our fundraising efforts, with all funds raised going only to help maintain, conserve and restore our wonderful Grade 1 listed building and grounds.
