MBE for Hatfield Resident

We have some great news this month if you haven't heard already; we are very pleased, proud & feel privileged to announce that Betty Bateson has been awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for services to the community in the recent Queen's Birthday Honours List.

Betty is a Committee member of both The Friends of Hatfield Church Building Trust and also The Barn Regeneration Steering Group.

Betty has been awarded this great honour for all the work she has done and continues to do for our community & for many local charities and she thoroughly deserves it too, congratulations Betty.
